Thank you for shopping with Style n’ Smile. We are a small business and carefully pack each order with love and attention.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information included.
During new collection launches, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays that are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to you.
If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at stylesnsmilejewelry@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Style n’ Smile is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at stylesnsmilejewelry@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and item so we can make it right.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
